JOB SUMMARY

IXYS Semiconductor GmbH, a leader in power semiconductor and power management/display integrated circuit manufacturing is looking to augment its wafer fab team in its German facility located in Lampertheim.

The successful candidate will be a talent within the process engineering department for the wafer fab (Leistungshalbleiter) for power semiconductors.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Yield engineering
• Support in the diffusion and photolitography area
• Project management of R&D projects
• Manufacturing process and test measurement supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Successful completed studies
• Good knowledge in semiconductor physics and processing technology
• Team oriented working philosophy
• Power to get things done
• Very good ability to communicate
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  

We are looking for persons with 1 – 3 years of working experience or job starters.
